AGC New Mexico is standing shoulder-to-shoulder with approximately 30 business groups to defend Albuquerque's economy from the harmful Healthy Workforce Ordinance, which will impose a mandate on all private Albuquerque employers to provide paid sick leave to all employees, along with a host of legal pitfalls.
