How to Apply

 

The program is designed to help you “earn as you learn”, allowing you to receive pay for your full-time job, with regular pay increases based on a percentage of journeyworker pay as you progress through the program.  The only cost to you, the apprentice, is the textbook.

Apprenticeship Prerequisites

  • Currently employed by an AGC-NMBB Member Company
  • High School Diploma, GED or score from the Accuplacer © test through CNM, unless a waiver is granted by the committee
  • Physically fit and able to perform the work of the trade
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license and/or reliable mode of transportation to work and class
  • Females and minorities are encouraged to apply
