2012 National AGC Safety Awards (NASA) Program. The deadline for submission of your entry is January 23, 2013.
Eligibility: AGC contractor members must have participated in the National AGC Safety Awards Program for three consecutive years in order to be eligible for an award. This means a member must have participated in the program for the years 2010, 2011 and 2012 in order to be eligible to receive an award in 2013. However, AGC New Mexico members are eligible for a Chapter Award each year who have a zero incident rate or who have an incident rate 25 per cent below their division average.
What a Contractor Must Do to Participate: National AGC contractor members must complete the NASA participant form from their home
AGC Member Awards: Safety awards are given to members who have a zero incident rate or who have an incident rate 25 per cent below each occupational division’s average (AGC divisions include: Building, Highway, Federal and Heavy, Municipal/Utilities and Associate/Specialty.)
· National AGC provides awards to members who have participated in the awards program for three consecutive years and have a zero incident rate or an incident rate below 25 per cent of their division rate - Certificate of Commendation.
· AGC New Mexico provides to members each year who have participated and have a zero incident rate or an incident rate below 25 per cent of their division rate - Certificate of Commendation.
Award Distribution: AGC will send all Chapter and member awards to their home Chapter for distribution at Chapter events.
Please submit the completed NASA participant form by January 23, 2013. Applications received after the January 23rd deadline will be submitted for future awards, but will be ineligible for a 2012 award.
