The New Mexico Building Branch, AGC Public Works Pension Plan
By using AGC’s Public Works Pension Plan, a construction firm can deliver
benefits in the most cost-effective format available, which benefits employees
as well as the employer. If an employee receives $100 of fringe benefit dollars
in cash, probably $30 will be spent in current federal, state and Social Security
taxes.
Under the AGC program, the employee will receive $100 dollars worth
